A 20 minute Kundalini Yoga Workout for the mind, body, and soul. I love Kundalini Yoga for its ability to help me to maintain a strong connection to center throughout all of life’s twists and turns. But I also use it to whip and tone my body into a shape I am proud of. Kundalini Yoga sheds the layers of the ego that keep us from being our best selves, but it also helps shed the pounds when switching to warmer, summer seasons.

Starting my day with a Kundalini Yoga practice sets me up for success in life. As long as I know that in any moment any answer I need lies within, I am my best self. And the physical component doesn’t hurt when getting in bikini-shape for summer time!
